Discovery Dashboard (Beta)

Liongard’s new Discovery Dashboard provides visibility to discovered users from Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Duo, and Google Workspace within an Environment. This dashboard enables Partners to quickly know what users exist in their Environment, as well as their status to ensure the proper security controls are in place for those assets.

In its Beta stage, the Discovery Dashboard features tiles displaying the total count of users for each system. Clicking on each tile will provide additional information on the users, such as the date on which the user was created, as well as any administrative or privileged status. An adjacent timeline displays the change in active user count across time within a day, week, or month.

To access the Discovery Dashboard, navigate to an Environment's Single Environment Dashboard and select Discovery Dashboard on the left-hand menu.

Enhanced Liongard In-App Experience

The new Liongard experience, Leo, is more than technical support. Leo is your companion, ready to answer technical questions in a snap, help with writing Metrics, and quickly connect you to resources.

Welcome to a new era of partner experience with Liongard. You can begin accessing Leo today using the icon in the bottom right corner of your instance.

Agent Install Replacement Enhancement

Liongard has introduced a critical enhancement to the Liongard Agent that streamlines the reinstallation process. Now, during installation, the Liongard Agent checks for existing entities in the app. Rather than creating a new entry, it seamlessly links to the existing one. This functionality reduces redundancy and makes Agent reinstallation smoother than ever.

Partners can enjoy the convenience of a more efficient Agent experience with this latest update.

Minor Updates and Bug Fixes

Platform and Feature Minor Updates and Bug Fixes

Reduced the time it takes to load the Single Environment Dashboard page.
Improved the performance of the Platform's data print ingestion.
Improved the stability of the inspection job scheduler.
Resolved an issue with sorting on the Admin > Environments Page after the page has been modified when navigated past the first page
Fixed an issue causing Home dashboard counts to display incorrectly in some cases
Fixed an issue on the My Liongard Instance screen where IP address details and AWS Region details were blank.
Fixed an issue with the page crashing when attempting to edit inspectors.

Inspector and API Minor Updates and Bug Fixes

ConnectWise
- Fixed an issue causing errors with the ConnectWise manage integration
- Resolved an issue with the ConnectWise integration that caused multiple inspections and comments to be added to a closed ticket
- Fixed an issue where the timestamp on ConnectWise tickets generated by Liongard was not being displayed in the correct format
Endpoint Inspectors
- Deployed Endpoint inspectors (Mac, Windows Server, Windows Workstation) will now have speed test setting disabled by default
Network IP
- Resolved an issue with bulk importing Network IP inspectors that was causing the import to fail silently when invalid input parameters were present.
Synology NAS
- The inspector no longer fails when the device is not configured as a DHCP server
