Liongard continues to update and improve our Agents. To take advantage, make sure your On-Premises and Self-Hosted Agents are on the latest version (3.2.1 or newer).

Inspector Updates

ConnectWise Automate Inspector in Production

• The ConnectWise Automate Inspector is now in Production
• IT Glue Flexible Asset and ConnectWise Configuration mappings are now available for the Inspector
• Finalized the Overview, Computers, and Network Devices Data View tabs
• Added Metrics and Actionable Alert rules to the library

HP ProCurve Inspector in Production

• The HP ProCurve Inspector is now in Production
• IT Glue Flexible Asset and ConnectWise Configuration mappings are now available for the Inspector
• Finalized the Overview, Interfaces, IP Configuration, VLANs, Access Lists, ARP Table, QOS, IGMP, and Running Configuration Data View tabs
• Added Metrics and Actionable Alert rules to the library

Vade Inspector in Production

• The Vade Inspector is now in Production
• IT Glue Flexible Asset and ConnectWise Configuration mappings are now available for the Inspector
• Finalized the Overview, Licenses, Options, and Events Data View tabs
• Added Metrics and Actionable Alert rules to the library

Platform Updates

ConnectWise Manage Integration Enhancements

• The Billing Review tab will only show on the Single Environment Dashboard if the ConnectWise Manage Integration is configured and saved
• Added error handling for no response or failed response when updating ConnectWise tickets
• Users can now map Ticket Statuses from the drop-down menu without first assigning a Default Service Board
• Corrected the Configuration Auto-update toggle to save without the user needing to refresh the page

API Developer Guide Updates

The Liongard API Developer Guide has been updated with a fresh look and feel, along with expanding the amount of documentation available, and adding the ability to test method calls directly from the API documentation page where possible

Minor Updates and Bug Fixes

Platform Updates and Bug Fixes

• Updated Dark Mode styling to be more consistent across the platform
• Updated Light Mode styling to ensure the timestamp on Alert comments are legible
• Minimum Commit for Environments counts are now auto-updated by Liongard on the Company Settings page
• Added a hyperlink to the Liongard billing portal, ConnectBooster, on the Company Settings page
• Corrected the Support link for Techs+Together partners
• When using the "Reset Integration" button, any associated integration mappings will be deleted to prevent issues if a new integration is set up
• Corrected an issue for the IT Glue Inspector so it properly reflects the AU or EU selections on the IT Glue integration setup screen
• Addressed an issue causing the ConnectWise and Autotask Integrations screens to incorrectly report setup completion
• Updated Inspector logging to indicate if JMESPath mappings have failed for any platform integration
• Corrected an issue causing table exports to fail to properly export Metric values in arrays
• Improved Actionable Alerts and Autotask generated tickets by removing the Liongard "commonID" (the long string value starting with "T") from tickets in the Liongard User Interface, from Autotask tickets, and from Email tickets to eliminate any confusion with Autotask users due to Autotask using a similar identifier for their TaskID
• Addressed an issue for HTML-based Email tickets so they will show changes and Metric values in the comments section

• The "Triggered" status will now be properly reflected when selecting "Is Empty" or "Is Not Empty" in the Actionable Alert Rule builder

Inspector Updates and Bug Fixes

• Corrected an issue causing some Inspectors to fail when using an On-Premises or Self-Hosted Agent
• Active Directory: Updated the "Active Directory - Protected Group Members" Metric to reduce the chance of triggering false Change Detections
• Cisco iOS: Added support for alternative "show" commands to facilitate running the Cisco IOS Inspector as a lesser-privileged user
• GoDaddy: The GoDaddy Inspector can now run using the On-Premises Agent
• Identity Monitoring: Corrected an issue where users were incorrectly blocked from selecting a Metric when dynamically configuring the Inspector
• Microsoft Teams: Expanded the Inspector to retrieve all Teams for Environments with more than 20 Teams
• N-able N-central: Added a Model column to the Devices table
• N-able RMM: Added toggles to trim the Liongard payload for Child Inspectors, if necessary. Workstation, Antivirus, and Patch Details can now be excluded from the Data Print.
• OneLogin: Updated the Inspector to ensure all users present are captured in the inspection
• pfSense: Resolved an issue causing pfSense Inspectors to fail
• Sophos XG: Corrected an issue causing the Inspector to fail for some partners and added additional error handling to provide better log information
• Syncro: Updated the Inspector to allow for instances that have subdomains
• Veeam SPC: The Inspector can no longer run using an On-Premises Agent
• Veeam SPC: Updated the Inspector to accept an API key instead of using a username/password combination to ensure the Inspector will work with global MFA enforcement
• Webroot: Corrected an issue so Webroot endpoint status is correctly reported on individual machines
• Windows Workstation: Added multiple data points based on partner feedback
