If you requested a reset password email, there are a couple of reasons it may not have arrived:
- Your username is not necessarily your email address. Please double check your invitation email for your Liongard username. If you don't provide a valid username to the forgot password form, an email will not be sent.
- The reset email may have been filtered by into your junk mail. Can you check to ensure that your junk mail does not contain an email message from Liongard?
