Create User

https://{instance}.app.liongard.com/api/v1/users

When creating and using the Manger or Reader Roles it is required to use either the Environment/EnvironmentID or EnvironmentGroupID/EnvironmentGroup to select environments associated to each role. If selecting Admin, System Integrator or User admin keep these fields null.
